The professional quality of life psychological therapy practitioners can be conceptualised within a compassion satisfaction and fatigue framework. Compassion has detrimental impacts on practitioners, organisations patient care, whereas leads to positive outcomes. Psychological flexibility is purportedly key resilience process associated with greater lower for healthcare professionals. However, no existing research explored this association over longitudinal trajectory workers specifically newly qualified practitioners.
